Terms of use

Last updated: 21 October 2026

These terms apply to your use of the website yufuair.com, operated by Shenzhen Nova E-commerce Co., Ltd. ("Shenzhen Nova", "we", "us"). By using the website you accept them.

1. The website and the service

This website describes the YufuAir service. Use of the YufuAir application at app.yufuair.com is governed by the separate agreement between Shenzhen Nova and each customer. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement prevails.

2. Information on this website

We work to keep the information here accurate, but it is general information about the product and may change. Screens shown on the website are illustrations with invented sample data. Features, availability and terms for a particular customer are those set out in that customer's agreement.

3. Intellectual property

The YufuAir name and logo, the website's design, text and images belong to Shenzhen Nova or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own information. Any other use – copying, adapting or republishing – needs our written permission.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the website in a way that damages it, interferes with other people's use of it, or tries to gain unauthorised access to it, to app.yufuair.com or to any related system. If you find a security issue, please report it as described on our security page.

5. Links

Where the website links to other sites, we are not responsible for their content or practices.

6. Liability

The website is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Shenzhen Nova is not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Shenzhen, unless the law requires otherwise.
