This policy explains how Shenzhen Nova E-commerce Co., Ltd. ("Shenzhen Nova", "we", "us") handles personal data in connection with the website yufuair.com and the YufuAir service.

1. Who we are

2. This website

yufuair.com does not use cookies, analytics, advertising tags or third-party trackers, and it loads no fonts or scripts from other services.

  • Server logs. Like any web server, ours records technical data for each request – IP address, date and time, the page requested, the browser's user-agent and the response status. We use these logs only to keep the site running and secure, and keep them for a limited period.
  • Contact form. The form does not send anything to this website. It opens a pre-filled e-mail in your own e-mail program; nothing is sent until you send that e-mail.
  • E-mails to us. When you write to us we use your name, contact details and message to answer you and, if you asked for one, to arrange a demo. We keep this correspondence for as long as needed for that purpose and for our ordinary business records.

3. The YufuAir service

Our customers use YufuAir to run their businesses, and they decide what data they put into it – for example their employees, customers, suppliers and sales. For that data the customer is the party responsible for it, and we process it on the customer's behalf and on their instructions, as set out in our agreement with them. If you are an employee or customer of a business that uses YufuAir, please contact that business first about your data.

For the accounts of people who sign in to YufuAir we process the information needed to provide the service securely: name, user name, role, the tenant and companies the user belongs to, and records of sign-ins and actions in the audit trail.

4. How we protect data

Data is kept separate per tenant, access is controlled by roles, connections use HTTPS, and changes are recorded in an audit trail. AI features run on private servers and use a tenant's data only for that tenant. More detail is on our security page.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run YufuAir (such as hosting and e-mail providers) under confidentiality and data-protection obligations, when a customer instructs us to, or when the law requires it.

6. International transfers

Our team and our providers may be located in different countries. Where data crosses borders we take the steps the applicable law requires to protect it.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict certain uses, and to complain to a data-protection authority. To exercise these rights, write to support@yufuair.com.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
