YufuAir AI

AI that proposes. People who approve.

YufuAir's models read your own sales, stock, seasons and RFID counts, then put forward concrete suggestions – each with its reasons and a button for a person to approve, adjust or reject.

A person decides

Proposals wait for approval. Nothing changes stock, prices or orders on its own.

Reasons, not magic

Every suggestion shows the signals behind it, in plain words.

Your data, isolated

Each tenant's data stays inside its own boundary. Models run on private servers.

Learns from outcomes

Approvals, adjustments and what actually sold feed the next forecast.

What it does

Nine assistants for the decisions fashion gets wrong most

FORECAST

Demand forecast

Expected sales by style, colour, size and store, with seasons, promotions and holidays taken into account.

REPLENISH

Replenishment proposals

What to send to each store from the warehouse, sized to the forecast and the space – ready for approval.

ALLOCATE

Allocation

How to split a new delivery across stores and the online pool before the first piece is sold.

SIZES

Size curves

The size mix each store really sells, so buying and allocation stop leaving S on the rail and M sold out.

CLUSTERS

Store clusters

Groups of stores that behave alike, for assortment and allocation that fit each group.

MARKDOWN

Markdown advice

Which items to reduce, by how much and when, to clear the season with the least margin given away.

ASSORTMENT

Assortment advice

What to carry where next season, from what sold, what did not and what was never offered.

LOSS

Loss & abuse detection

Unusual returns, voids, discounts and count differences surfaced for a manager to review.

DATA

Data-quality watch

Missing costs, odd prices, duplicate items and broken mappings flagged before they skew a report.

How a proposal works

Read it, question it, approve it

  1. Signals

Sales, stock, RFID counts, transfers, prices and the calendar.

  2. Proposal

A concrete list – items, quantities, stores – with the reasons attached.

  3. Decision

The responsible person approves, adjusts or rejects it, under the same roles and approval rules as any document.

  4. Action and feedback

Approved proposals become transfers, orders or price changes. The outcome feeds the next round.

Illustration with invented sample data.

Private by design

The models run on private servers. A tenant's data is used for that tenant's forecasts and proposals and is kept apart from every other tenant's data.

Inside your controls

AI proposals obey the same roles, approval chains and segregation of duties as everything else in YufuAir, and every decision is in the audit trail.

See the proposals on your own history

Bring a season of sales and stock. We will show you what YufuAir would have proposed – and why.
